People seek out counselling to make positive changes in their lives. Some people may seek out practical skills to manage mood and create balance in their lives, or simply look for guidance in changing life direction. Others may be looking for a more insight oriented approach to understanding deep seated issues and changing unhelpful core beliefs.
My approach to counselling starts with developing a trusting relationship with you so we can work collaboratively together to make the changes that are right for you. There are many evidence based approaches to counselling and my work is informed by my ongoing training in cutting edge forms of psychotherapy. I have training in the following therapies:
