Who I Help

Over the years, I’ve found that I do my best work with those who make an impact on others — people whose work and presence ripple out into their communities and beyond. Whether you're guiding teams, creating art, or holding space for others, your capacity to serve is deeply connected to your own wellbeing. I specialize in working with:

Leaders and Entrepreneurs

Leaders and entrepreneurs often carry immense responsibility, making it difficult to acknowledge their own struggles. I know from experience how hard it can be to let yourself feel vulnerable when others rely on you. Many high-achievers quietly carry unacknowledged trauma — old wounds that only surface when life becomes overwhelming. Somatic therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect to your body, and tend to what’s beneath the surface, helping you lead with more clarity, ease, and authenticity.

Artists and Creatives

Creatives and artists thrive on accessing deep, often subconscious parts of themselves. Yet creative flow can become blocked, especially during times of stress or transition. Somatic therapy supports reconnection to the body — the gateway to intuition, imagination, and self-expression. By working with the body’s wisdom, I help artists move through emotional blocks and access new depths in their creative process.

Healers and Therapists

Healers and therapists hold space for others, but who holds space for you? I understand the unique pressures of being a helping professional — the emotional residue of bearing witness to others' pain, along with the unresolved stories from your own life. Somatic therapy helps clear the accumulation of stress, release trauma stored in the body, and nurture a deeper, more authentic relationship with your own inner world. Supporting your own healing is not only essential for your wellbeing — it’s what allows you to show up fully for those you serve.
If you see yourself in any of these descriptions, know that you don't have to navigate this alone. Together, we can create space for your healing — so that you can continue making the impact you're here to make.  Reach out to New Pathways to request a free consultation.
